Back From Dallas!


This month our amazing management team headed off to Dallas, Texas to take part in the semi-annual national conference. This conference, held at the Hilton in Grapevine (just outside of Dallas) is one of the biggest conferences of the year, and gives our managers the opportunity to network with the best of the best in the business!


This go round, our team heard from guest speakers on a variety of topics, including growing your team, compliance, and how to revamp your training. We’re excited to take the knowledge that Cody and the rest of the group learned, and apply it to our corporate head office, here in Birmingham!

The first steps of implementing our new training procedures began today as we started production on the newest training videos! We are so excited to see the finished product!!
